​The Phillips Neighborhood Mural Project is supported by Hope Community, Main Street Project and Waite House. It is made up of youth artists determined to beautify and unify Phillips Neighborhood.

The Phillips Neighborhood Mural Project dishes up an art stew to inspire, warm you up, beautify and unify the youth of our community. We, youth artists hope that our murals will encourage youth to express themselves through art.
This summer's mural is going up on International Shoe Palace-1725 E LAKE ST, MINNEAPOLIS, MN.
